Abstract
|

|
|
Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) is an autoimmune disease which can affect any organ within the body and is associated autoimmune antibodies and immune complex. Renal involvement of SLE with lupus nephritis presents with proteinuria, microscopic haematuria, hypertension and renal dysfuction. This is the report of child who showed clinical and pathological findings of membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (MPGN) but laboratorial results of SLE, with the literature review.
